Welcome!

I'm Damaris Middleton and I started my doula journey in the summer of 2019. I had noticed that a lot of the women I was speaking with were uncomfortable with their birth experience because they felt uninformed and couldn't advocate for themselves. I knew I wanted to make a change and so I decided to begin my certification with Doula Canada!

I am currently located in Kitchener, ON and recently graduated with my Bachelor in Environmental Public Health. I work a full time job, but birth work is my passion and I fit it in wherever I can! Healthy communities and people have always been my passion and working as a doula helps me serve a community I don't typically interact with as a Public Health Inspector.

My goal is to advocated for you and do whatever I can to make you feel empowered in your birth and postpartum experience. I want to see women thrive and make informed decisions that are best for them and their families. Healthy mothers create health communities!
